It will soon be time for us to let our senators know that we want them to do away with the death penalty. One of the best ways to get your senator’s attention is with a handwritten letter.
It’s quick and easy to write your senator a letter to let him or her know why you think that the death penalty is a failed, broken system. These letters make a big difference!
Last year, a filibuster prevented a vote to abolish the death penalty. This year, let’s make sure our voices are heard, so our elected officials vote to abolish the death penalty once and for all!
